On April 20, at 01:06, an emergency call was received at the Ararat Regional Operational Management Center reporting that a car was on fire near one of the restaurants in Masis city.

One fire-rescue unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene. 

The fire was localized at 01:14 and extinguished at 01:19. The front part and the interior of the "BMW" car were partially burnt.
