On February 1 at 03:10 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that car had been on fire near a house on the 1st street in Shnogh village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The fire was localized at 03։49 and extinguished at 03։49. “VAZ” car was burnt.
