On July 22, at 09:57 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on Stepanavan-Armanis roadway: there were no casualties and the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that "Ford" car at the 5th km of Stepanavan-Armanis roadway veered off the roadway and ended up in a nearby gorge (about 4 meters).

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of the car, secured and moved onto the roadway with the help of special equipment.
