On April 22, at 11:38 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Operative Management Center that a car that had fallen into a gorge was spotted on Meghri-Yerevan roadway.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Departments of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.  

It turned out that “Lada” car ran off the roadway on the 30th km of Meghri-Yerevan roadway and rolled into a gorge for about 200 meters: the dead body of the driver was found near the car.

The rescuers pulled the dead body out of the gorge and move to the ambulance.
