On May 17, at 21:13 an emergency call was received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near the cemetery of Kharberd village: there were casualties. The rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that “Tesla” car ran off the roadway and overturned into a water main near the cemetery in Kharberd village.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, two citizens had been pulled out of “Tesla” car by the local forces. The latter were taken to a medical center.

The rescuers alongside the patrol service officers, used special equipment to pull “Tesla” car out of the water pipe.
