On August 29, at 10։28 an emergency call was received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near the bridge in Marmarashen village: there was a gas leak. The rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of Ra dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that "BMW" car (driver A. H. born in 2002) ran off the roadway and overturned on a gas pipe near the 15th km of Yerevan-Artashat roadway, there was a gas leak from the car. Passenger V. S. (born in 2003) was hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive batteries of the cars and stopped the gas leak
