On May 25, at 17:36 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near the bridge in Noratus village: there was a fuel leak.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Toyota” car ran off the roadway and overturned near the 32nd km of Sevan-Martuni-Getap roadway.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the driver and passenger had been hospitalized.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery of the car and stopped the fuel leak.
