On July 8, at 18:16 an emergency call was received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred near the bridge in Aygavan village: there were casualties.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Lexus” car ran off the roadway and crashed into the pillars of the bridge.

The driver and passenger were removed from the car by the local forces and taken to a medical center.

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car.
