On October 4, at 10:40 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred in the section called "Chaini's Bends" on Yerevan-Sevan roadway: there was a stranded citizen. The rescuers' help was needed.

Two operative groups from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department and the rescue group from the Center for Carrying Out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that “GAZ” car ran off the roadway and crashed into a concrete retaining wall on the side of the road on the 25th km of Yerevan-Sevan roadway.

The stuck driver was pulled out by the local forces. The rescuers provided the latter with appropriate assistance: the casualty was hospitalized. 

The rescuers disconnected the automotive battery and closed the gas valve of the car.
