On May 2, at 15:50 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that car had run off the roadway and fallen into the Debed River: the rescuers’ help was needed.

Two fire units and the operative group from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

According to preliminary data, two citizens were in the car, one of whom was pulled out by the local forces.
The rescuers were searching for the second citizen.
