On October 29, at 11։36 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that a car had fallen into the gorge at “Durnalu” section on Berd-Chambarak roadway.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “UAZ” car had ran off the roadway and crashed into a tree. The driver died.

The rescuers alongside local forces, brought the passenger of “UAZ” car to the ambulance. The casualty was hospitalized in a medical center.
