On December 16, at 19:32 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that car explosion had occurred at a gas station on the 25th km of Yerevan-Sevan roadway: there was a casualty.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department, the rescue group from Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Mercedes-Benz” car (driver S. A. born in 1986) ran off the roadway and crashed into the wall of a gas station. A citizen was stuck.

The rescuers disconnected automotive battery and closed the gas cylinder valve of the car, removed the driver from the car and moved to the ambulance. The casualty was hospitalized in a medical center.
