On February 21, at 12:04 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that at the 18th kilometer of Vanadzor-Alaverdi roadway truck had skidded to halt and closed the roadway due to the black ice.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched.

The rescuers put "Mercedes-Benz" truck back onto its wheels and the traffic flow was restored.

On February 21, at 15:30 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that at the 19th kilometer of Vanadzor-Alaverdi roadway truck had skidded to halt and closed the roadway due to the black ice: and the rescuers’ help was needed.

The rescuers put "DAF" truck back onto its wheels and the traffic flow was restored.
