On June 15, at 14:45 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Operative Management Center that a child had fallen into the river on Arapnya Street in Vanadzor town: the rescuers' help was needed.

Based on the emergency call, four fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.  

At the scene, search operations were being carried out by rescuers and police.
