On February 20, at 17:56 an emergency call was received to Shirak Regional Crisis Management Center that near Azatan village "GAZelle" truck ran off the roadway and overturned: rescuers’ help was needed to put the vehicle back onto its wheels.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched.

The rescuers put the overturned car back onto its wheels (driver A. B., born in 1962).
