On March 4, at 19։06 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Operative Management Center that car had gotten stuck in a layer of snow near Dilijan tunnel, as a result the roadway was one-way closed: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

As a result of the joint actions of rescuers and patrol officers, the stuck cars were pulled out: the traffic flow was restored.

The rescuers implemented patrolling, during which two stuck “DAF” trucks with trailers were pulled out by towing in Dilijan bends.
