On September 28, at 17։42, an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Operative Management Center that "MAN" truck with a trailer had lost control due to the wet road surface and skidding to a halt: the traffic flow was impeded.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers righted the truck and removed it from the roadway; traffic has been restored.
