Another training aimed at improving the professional skills of rescuers was held
From November 3 to 5, the Training Center of the Rescue Service and the Crisis Management Training Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Educational Complex conducted a training on “Organization and Implementation of Rescue Operations in Environments Unsuitable for Breathing”. The training was attended by rescuers from Yerevan and Regional Rescue Departments.
The purpose of the training was to improve the professional skills of rescuers and introduce them to innovative methods when performing rescue operations in an environment unsuitable for breathing.
The first part of the training, which included lectures and practical exercises, was held at the Educational Complex on the territory of the Russian-Armenian Humanitarian Response Center.
The rescuers were provided with methodological guidelines on organizing activities in environments unsuitable for breathing, conducting fire reconnaissance operations in hazardous areas, operating compressed-air breathing apparatus, and a number of other procedures related to rescue operations.
The rescuers applied the acquired theoretical knowledge in practice in order to improve their professional skills.
Implementation of the rescue operations in environments unsuitable for breathing requires meticulous planning and the proper use of specialized equipment. Through such training courses, rescuers not only enhance their theoretical knowledge but also gain practical skills in working with specialized tools and equipment, even under high-risk conditions.
