On August 18, at 14։44, the emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Operational Management Center that a mobile crane had broken and fallen stuck a citizen underneath during construction activities in Nor Hachn town.

The rescue group from the Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of the Rescue Forces Department and one fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.  

It turned out that during the construction activities, while lifting the basket, the rope of the mobile crane broke and the basket fell.

According to preliminary data, there are two victims, one person received bodily injuries.
