On December 19, at 18:15 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that forage had been on fire near a house on 2nd street of the 2nd block in Geghashen village of Kotayk province.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Yerevan and Regional Rescue Departments of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 18:50 and extinguished at 22:15. Approximately 700 bales of hay were burnt.
