On November 2, at 15:43 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that field had been on fire near the barns in Martuni town of Gegharkunik province.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that grassland was burning on the hillside near the town.

The fire was localized at 18:24 and extinguished at 18:35. About 60 ha of grassland were burnt. The rescuers extinguished the fire in an area of about 25 ha.
