On November 1, at 15:17 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that forage had been on fire near a house on the 2nd street of Pokr Parni village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 15։43 and extinguished at 23։20. About 500 bales of hay were burnt.
