On November 4, at 14:28 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that grassland had been on fire on the hillside adjacent to Gogaran village.

One fire unit and two operative groups from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The fire was localized at 16։06 and extinguished at 16։28. About 50 ha of grassland were burnt.
