On January 23, at 13:29 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that haystack had been on fire near a barn in a yard of a house on the 7th street in Tsakkar village. 

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 13:46 and extinguished at 14:38. About 300 bales of hay were burnt.
