On September 2, at 13:28 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that fire had broken out in the fields of Kutakan village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 14։33 and extinguished at 16։42.   About 30 ha of mowed fields were burnt.
