On November 23, at 11:46 an emergency call was received to Shirak Regional Crisis Management Center that haystack had been on fire in Voghji village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that forage in the yard of a house was burning on 12th Street in the village.

The fire was localized at 12:48 and extinguished at 14:41. About 250 bales of hay were burnt. One tractor was involved in the activity.
