On September 8, at 01։15 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that forage had been on fire at the end of Hartashen village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 02:03 and extinguished on September 7, at 03:11. About 2000 bales of hay were burnt.
