On October 29, at 15։39 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that forage had been on fire in the 2nd dead-end of the 15th street of Paravakar village: there was a residential house nearby.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department and one fire unit from Paravakar emergency point of the Fire and Rescue Squad of Taush Preservation of Special Objects of the Collective Center of the Civil Protection Forces of the Civil Protection Department o of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 16:36 and extinguished at 18:04. About 100 bales of hay were burnt.
