On February 27, at 08:12, an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that a truck skidded to a halt in the section called "Jiggles Spring" on Tatev-Aghvan roadway, as a result the roadway two-way was closed and there was a traffic jam: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Aghavni Emergency Point of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched.

It turned out that the truck was broken.

The rescuers put “FOTON” truck back onto its wheels and towed it onto the roadway (about 1 km).
With the help of rescuers, 9 vehicles were removed from the traffic jam: the traffic flow was restored.
