On November 8, at 15:25 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that grassland had been on fire in Tsaghkaber village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 16։29 and extinguished at 17։27.  20 ha of grassland was burnt.
