From December to February, 1380 fire cases were registered across Armenia, which is 232 more than in the same period in 2023. According to last year’s data, there were a total of 5386 fires, with the highest numbers reported in Syunik, Tavush, Lori, and Gegharkunik provinces. 

Currently, five volunteer Fire and Rescue Bases are being established in remote communities, while eight more are being renovated. The residents can also become volunteers.
